Autobizalom, an innovative company in the automotive parts import industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our team in Budapest. This role is integral to our dynamic business operations, focusing on order processing, document management, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Order and Documentation Management (50% of workload):
  1. Process and manage orders with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Maintain primary documentation related to the shipment of goods.
  3. Verify documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists) and prepare them for upload into the accounting system.
  4. Streamline and oversee the flow of company documents.
Data Handling and System Support:
  1. Process price lists and prepare them for uploading into internal systems.
  2. Work with large datasets and utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
  3. Manage order processes and records within the internal CRM system.
Communication and Coordination:
  1. Facilitate effective communication with suppliers via email and phone.
  2. Organize and monitor supply-related correspondence.
Administrative Support:
  1. Assist the company’s accountant in financial and operational tasks.
  2. Prepare documents using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  3. Handle other business tasks as directed by company management.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Strong command of Excel, including experience working with large datasets and advanced functions.
  3. Proven ability to manage and process primary documentation accurately and efficiently.
  4. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  5. Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  6. Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Hungarian (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).
  7. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  8. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  9. Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
