Autobizalom, an innovative company in the automotive parts import industry, invites you to join our team in Budapest. We are seeking a proactive and energetic Office Administrator to support our CRM system management and customer communication. Join us in a role that is essential to our rapid growth and dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Validating and booking customer orders with accuracy and according to compliance requirements.
  2. Manage and streamline company document flow.
  3. Facilitate communication with suppliers and distributors, both online and over the phone.
  4. Oversee order management within our internal CRM system.
  5. Provide communication and support to the company accountant.
  6. Supervise and organize company email correspondence.
  7. Handle other business tasks as assigned by company management.
  8. Manage document preparation in MS Word, PowerPoint, & Excel, and perform translations between English and Hungarian.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive personal and business information.

Required Qualifications:

  1. College or University degree.
  2. Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.
  3. Independent, diligent, and efficient work style.
  4. Loyalty and confidentiality in handling known issues within the scope of the position.
  5. Proficient written and oral communication skills in English, Russian, and Hungarian.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  7. A proactive approach, with foresight to anticipate issues.
  8. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  9. Experience with CRM system is an advantage.
